Avery's gymnastics class

Avery took gymnastics for the summer and loved it! The first class she never cracked a smile, but she followed directions (I was amazed!) and did everything they asked her to do. When we asked her if she had fun she said she did.

It was so cute, but I couldn't get many pictures because we were usually too far away from them down on the floor. She did it with her friend, Henley (on the beam), and they both did really well. Avery loves to do forward rolls and hang from everything in sight, from the doorknobs at home to the handicap bar in restrooms. She always says, "I hang."


On a side note, this little boy's sister had class with Avery. He and Alex bonded this first class or maybe the boy just liked Alex's game! I thought these pictures were too funny!
