Steven and Morgan's wedding

Memorial Day weekend we went to Nashville to pick up Mom and Dad and then we headed on to Jamestown (and met Russell and Nan) for our cousin's wedding. We met some family at a restaurant in Rugby before the wedding. Alex and Avery were so excited to get to see Tristan and meet Kyler Russell-my new precious nephew, born May 1st.
Avery loved holding Kyler:) I think she would make a great big sister...but we shall never know...
Then we went back to Joyce's house to hang out and let the kids nap before the wedding. Here is my mom with one of her brothers, Fred. He lives in TX and the kids love him because they think he doesn't know his colors. He always tell Alex he loves his green hair-ha!
Sweet grandaddy!

How precious is he???

Finally, we made it to the wedding...this is David (the groom's brother) and his wife, Morgan (yes, they both married Morgans:)) and this Morgan is having a baby this fall! YEAH!
Joyce and Mike, the groom's parents.
How pretty is this view? Wish I could have gotten closer...
It was hot! I think these pictures just look hot with those red cheeks!

Mom and her sister, Wanda, Steven's grandmother.
Thankfully, there was a swingset for the kids to play on.

Marka, another cousin:)
Morgan and her daddy.

Saturday night after the wedding we drove back to Nashville. Sunday after church and lunch we headed to CEC since we still don't have one rebuilt in Tuscaloosa:(.

Mother's Day!

Ok, so it's two months late but it's never too late to celebrate our Mothers, right?! We love all of the Mother's in our lives-DarDar, Grammy, Mimi, and Nanny. They do so much for all of us. The kids love when one of these women come to play with them because they know they will get undivided attention and LOTS of love! These sweet ladies will drop everything unless it's bridge:) to come help us out!

The kids and I made fairy gardens for the grandmothers to put in their yards so when the fairy's come to visit they have a place to play.:) We can add more furniture and other things for the fairy's (or gnomes) later on. In case you were wondering, the shell is for them to drink water.
Up close look.
