Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! We made some yummy treat bags to give to our teachers, friends, and neighbors. Avery had more fun eating them then filling them:)
She really is a good help these days. She wants to help fold laundry and make dinner all the time...

Alex (Thor) and Miles (Batman) ready to head out for some candy!

The little sisters, Avery (Izzy) and Ella (Spidergirl).

I love our neighborhood and I'm sure gonna miss it. All the kids get together and walk the streets and go house to house-it reminds me of a movie:) Alex, Miles, Jackson, Cooper, Ella, Avery, and John Thomas.

Lining up for our neighborhood costume parade!

We went by Aunt Kristy's, Mimi's, and Grammy's house trick or treating.

Cooper was the cutest Mike!

The girls had to trick or treat at our house too!

Halloween fun times!

Our church had a fall festival with face painting, crafts, bouncy houses, and food! Alex liked the cakewalk! I remember loving the cakewalk too...walk in a circle for a cupcake...sign me up!
Avery wouldn't have her face painted but Alex wanted a ghost.
Stamping with Grammy!

Alex and Jack Glyien got to dress up for one last soccer practice.

Knoxville/Gatlinburg trip!

We always love going to Gatlinburg in October! We met up with the Williams' and Tomlins' to have dinner Friday night once we got in town.

Alex and Jack Glyien.
Henley and Avery.

We stayed at the same cabin last year. Alex loved playing pool (especially in his underwear). He would walk right out of his room in the morning and be ready to play!:)
Avery watching him play. Doesn't she look happy?
Parker, Alex, and Papa ready to head into the game. Alex loves being up high and watching all the people down below.

Avery got my camera...I love these two faces! It's like she was practicing different expressions.

Ready for ice skating!

Alex was so proud of himself for skating without holding our hands or the wall! Avery tells everyone how she had to help hold Grammy up. They did really well!

We went mini golfin' on the side of a mountain. It was so fun! Alex went first and then would run to the next hole and wait while the rest of us finished up. He would never watch us-he couldn't wait to see what the next hole looked like:).

Tallying up the scores...I think we tied.

Shooting practice.

Mimi gave them each a dollar, so we headed to the candy store and then to the arcade. That dollar went a long way!
Papa watched the kids naked in the hot tub in the mornings while the rest of us slept.

Down on the farm...

Our small group at church was invited to Justin's parent's house for some farm fun! The kids wore their halloween costumes, rode 4 wheelers, sat on a horse, and went on a wagon ride. We also ate lots of yummy food and had smores fixed over the fire! Thanks Mrs. Kay and Mr. J.A for inviting us!

Thankfully, Mr. Brad let the kids pile on! Avery was in tears everytime he drove off without her...she loved riding!
This sweet friend of the Williams built this wagon for his horses to pull and insisted on bringing it over for the kids to ride on. It was awesome!
