Braves Game with the Butlers
Back in the beginning of September, we went to Atlanta for a night to take the kids to a Braves game. They were both so excited to stay in a hotel and sleep with us! Avery fell asleep right as we pulled in the parking lot and when we told her we were at the hotel she said, "oh yeah!"
Hanging out in the hotel room.
Luke and Avery.
Everybody loves Mickey Mouse!
Beau pitching to Alex.
We watched more of the game than I thought we would with Luke and Avery, but then it was time to go play. Alex loved hitting in the cage. I don't think he hit a ball but he sure swung hard.
He also got to see how fast his pitches were.
Avery wanted to see how fast her pitches were too.
Avery was cheering for the boys yelling, "Go Braves!" with her pink foam finger.
Beau and Alex.
Sweet Luke!
The kids were so excited they were going to get the run bases.
Avery took off for the green grass in the infield first, but she somehow got back on track:).
With their certificate and "I ran the bases at Turner field" shirts!
Avery wouldn't stop talking about the CFA cow.
A sleepy girl after a long day...
