August Fun Days!

This was the Sunday before their first day of school-big boys! When John was talking to Alex on the phone after his first day, Alex said, "Dad, they got this thing, it is called P.E.! It is awesome!" So funny!

The other night in the car Alex was asking about the Braves game and John said they weren't playing until later. Alex asked to see my phone and he obviously got on my Sportacular app and saw that the Braves HAD, indeed, already played that day. He realized his Dad was wrong. Next thing we heard was Alex pushing the button for Siri on my phone. When it made the tone to speak Alex said, "Why did the Braves play early and my Dad didn't know?" We cracked up! I don't even use Siri that much but I guess he thought she could answer anything!:)

The 2nd week of school (I couldn't hold out any longer), Avery and I went to eat lunch with Alex. He hasn't really talked about anyone new but I have heard DeMarion's name, and that is who we sat with at lunch:)
