Alex's 2nd season of baseball

The boy loves baseball! And aside from the fact that he's not the quickest on the field (but don't tell him that:)), he's actually pretty good. He pays attention, follows instructions-which is half the battle at this age, right?-and has a good swing. This was his second year of t-ball and being on the Yankees and then he'll move up to coach pitch next year. We tried to get him to hit it to the fence every time he was up at bat. He made the comment at first that he didn't think he should hit it past the guys on the other team so they could get it. Once we got that straightened out he hit a few home runs! He started saying towards the end of the season, "I"m gonna hit 10 home runs today!" The funny thing is he only bats three times a game! But he didn't care!:)



Avery loves cheering for her big brother! Mostly she likes watching people, playing with Grammy's sunglasses, and eating.
