November Fun Days!

We went to get a cupcake after her haircut. It was before lunch but I had promised her:) She was acting too funny to not get her picture.

We got to meet up with Miller and Riggs (friends from Birmingham) and have lunch with them before the AL/LSU game.

I am so thankful for sleeping children. I realized I didn't have many pictures of them sleeping lately. To me, there is nothing sweeter!

Avery always has two kittens in one arm and minnie mouse and a pink elephant in the other arm when she goes to bed.

Jimmy, me, John, and Alex went to the AL/Miss. State game in Starkville. Alex loves going to away games, but he didn't like the cowbells!

Dinner and a movie with Nanny and Great-Grandaddy

One afternoon we went to see Puss and Boots with Nanny and Great-Grandaddy and then headed back to their house for a delicious dinner! The kids had a blast at the movies and then LOVED playing with Great-Grandaddy's train set and their neighbor's outdoor Christmas decorations. They had to do a little coloring before dinner.

After dinner, they got to check out the train set downstairs. There were all kinds of buttons and levers to push and maneuver.

Then we headed outside to check out their neighbor's yard who always does a big set up of Christmas lights and blowups.

She loved seeing the people inside the church.

Thanksgiving in Tuscaloosa

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family this year! My parents and Russell and his family came from Nashville to be with us. It was a low-key, easy, fun day. It was so great to see my kids get to play with Tristan! They are all so cute together. I am so thankful for my family and loved having us all together! Avery and Tristan loved drawing together, when she wasn't bossing him around:). She would tell on him if he brought the markers in to the living room.

I think he was wondering if there was any more food at the table he wanted to eat. Tristan LOVES to eat!

After our Thanksgivng lunch we headed to the park to play before naps.

She would only let Tristan push her.

Mom got them body paints to use in the bath. They loved them!

The next morning we took the kids to make pictures in their Christmas pj's mom and dad gave them.

Then we decorated some gingerbread cookies later that night, mostly Mom and Avery, Tristan went to bed and Alex was playing football, as usual. He ran for short periods to see what was going on and then settled in to decorate.

Saturday after Thanksgiving, me, Russell, John,and Jimmy headed to Auburn for the Al/Auburn football game. Roll Tide!

Bryant Denny Stadium day!

It's that time of year again...no, not Christmas, but our annual visit to Bryant Denny stadium! I don't know what our children will do when they are too old for the Big Al's Kids Club. Alex, especially, loves this day! He couldn't run as much as usual because there were more people than ever this year, but he still scored many touchdowns!

I thought this was cool. Those of you who are not Bama fans will obviously not care, but how cool is it to have a painting of yourself on a huge wall? Go Trent!

I had to literally pick her up and put her down by Big Al. She likes him a lot and loves to wave to him but still doesn't like him too close.
